Judy Weinstock, Team Leader


Following a career in marketing and industrial engineering in Upstate New York, Judy put her problem-solving skills to work in Real Estate in the early nineties. Over twenty years and hundreds of transactions later, Judy specializes in helping people make sound home purchase, selling and investment decisions in the North Carolina Triangle.

Judy is one of the owners and founding partners of the Keller Williams Chapel Hill Market Center and the leader of her own team of specialists. She and her husband, Jeff, have two children.

Jeff Weinstock, Broker


After more than thirty successful years in the consumer advocacy, customer service and communications field, Jeff is a seasoned professional whose former career prepared him well for his work in Real Estate. Jeff utilizes his extensive experience and expertise to guide our buyer and seller clients through the thick of the buying and selling process. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable about the communities, schools and commerce in the Triangle region, and is very familiar with the area’s numerous golf courses and golf communities.

Lauren Cramer, Client Care Manager


Lauren is a North Carolina native and proud Mebanite. After spending four years in undergrad at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, she graduated with a BA in English in May 2010. Lauren joined The Judy Weinstock Team in June 2011, and has since evolved into the team’s Executive Assistant, Marketing Specialist and Transaction Coordinator. Lauren enjoys getting to know clients and finds it thrilling to guide them through the contract-to-close process, edging them ever closer to their dream home!
