By working with us through one of our preferred builders, you'll be able to purchase a new home and we will provide you with a three-year lease guarantee on your current home. We work with you in partnership to help you build wealth by keeping your current home and purchasing an energy efficient new home at today's low interest rates!
Our team will assist with the following for three years!
1. We will market your lease property (see separate marketing plan)
2. Assist you with the screening of the perspective tenants (we pull credit reports)
3. Draft all release required documents and special seller addendum's
4. Assist you with securing a home warranty company
5. Provide you with a manual of your local rental policies and procedures
6. Provide you with a copy of the landlord tenant act
7. If tenant does not provide payment we will contact tenant on your behalf with your permission to help collect rent
8. Stay in touch with seller and the tenant and provide services and advice for up to three years at no additional charge
9. If property should go vacant in the three-year period, we will provide all of the services once again, at no charge to seller
10. We provide the seller a one time guaranteed rent if property is not rented within 30 to 45 days from closing of new home.
How much will my house rent for?
One of our certified builder trade-in "MegaAgents," who is a specialist in your area, will visit your home free of charge to give you rent range and all of your seller options, as well as answer any other questions you may have.
